The writer works alone. She is set at her desk, forming ideas, inventing words to mix with unknown sounds. She adds them to his in-between sounds, electronic basses morphing from one setting to the next, detuned and exact, blending at the bottom level of our ability to hear. I want you to be enveloped by sounds you didn’t realize were there, with melodies you would never notice before.
